What happens on a Sunday?
Everyone is
welcome to our services, which we would describe as contemporary
in flavour. We endeavour to be up-beat and have a service that is
appropriate to our communitys demographics. If you were to
attend any of our services, we would not ask you to do anythingthat
would cause embarrassment to you, for example: there is no visitors
book to sign, no having to get up and introduce yourself. We understand
that when people first come to us they are there to check us out
and we like this. Our sermons are biblical and relevant for today.
During the service the children go out to participate in their programmes.
The first Sunday of every month we participate in communion. After
every service we invite you stay and join with us for a cup of coffee
or tea.
Prayer Events
Saturdays 7.00am–8.00am, Sundays 9.15am–9.45am
As well as our weekly prayer meetings, each small group is encouraged to pray for the church and the community each week. Every now and then we have large prayer gatherings which are notified in advance via the church newsletter. Prayer is available at the end of each service by accredited and trained members of the church. There is an email prayer support service for general prayer items and there is a Confidential Prayer Support Team for those very sensitive or personal issues. Both these are available via the church office.
