Ultimately we aim to provide a place through which young people can get to know our Lord Jesus and learn about him.

Solid Youth Ministry

Solid Youth Ministry is a youth group targeting the 13-25 yr age range in the Whitby area. The basis of all our Saturday night activities is simply relationship building and plain old FUN. We the leaders, plan our Saturday night events with a view of offering a substitute to drinking and drug taking to find enjoyment during the weekend. All our events run on the basis of rules in our Youth Code of Ethics.

Saturday night events usually kick off around 7pm, see our Monthly Calendar. We also have a Solid Post which is put out each term giving more in depth info on general happenings with our Youth Ministry.

During the week we have what's known as Cell Groups. These are gender specific and venues vary from week to week. These evenings centre on biblical based life skills and general Bible studies. These evenings are great for Q&A times for those thinking of exploring the Christian faith and learning more about themselves, also why Jesus death and resurrection effects each and everyone of us.
